A meeting was held with representatives from the HOA, landscape company and City Code Compliance. A general clean up will occur soon on the property that is the OMIV responsibility.

03/2025 Payment Options for Special Assessment
There are 3 payment options being offered to pay the special assessment, which are as follows:
"Bill Pay” through your bank where you would instruct your bank to mail a check each month to our office at:

Make check payable to Oceana Mission IV HOA. You can include your regular dues payments of $440 with the assessment payment $110 so just one check is being sent. Include your account number on the check.
Online payments through our website at home.propadvantage.com where you would create an account. You can choose to make a one-time payment or recurring payments. There are fees for this option.

05/2025 Pool Pump Issue
It appears we might have a pool pump problem. We are trying to confirm a time when we can accurately diagnose the problem and get it repaired. Currently the pool pump and heater is not working.
Update 6/2/25: Equipment has been ordered. The repair is expected the week of 6/9/2025. The pool remains operational.
